In order to protect the rights and interests of both parties, both parties, on the basis of equality, voluntariness, fairness, and good faith, the customer and the maintenance service provider (referred to as the maintenance party), have reached the following agreement on matters related to mobile phone/tablet maintenance business services:

  1. About data backup
    1.1 The customer should back up all the data of the mobile phone before the mobile phone maintenance service. If the data is lost or damaged during the maintenance process, the maintenance party will not be responsible for it.
  2. About screen maintenance
    2.1 For the broken screen fault, if the screen of the customer’s equipment has defects such as crushing, bright spots, dust spots, gray spots, etc. or the screen is not original, the customer’s screen will not be repaired, and the engineering department will immediately propose the repair price to the customer to decide. repair.
    2.2 Maintenance Regulations. The warranty period for the replacement screen is 90 days. If the repairer determines that the screen is scratched, cracked, leaked, imploded, abnormally displayed, touch ineffective, and water ingress due to man-made damage, it does not belong to the scope of maintenance, and the customer To bear.
  3. About motherboard maintenance
    3.1 The online evaluation fee does not represent the final maintenance quotation. The final maintenance quotation is subject to the plan price after the engineer’s comprehensive inspection. The maintenance party will formulate a plan and quotation for each fault submitted or detected by the customer, and summarize all the details, but does not guarantee that the final maintenance plan does not ignore other hidden faults. When there are multiple maintenance faults in the equipment, the customer can choose some faults for maintenance. We only repair and charge for the fault content confirmed by the customer, and only provide warranty for the maintenance plan. The maintenance party does not assume any responsibility for the failure that the user does not choose to repair. For some models, the paint on the frame will be peeled off during the disassembly and inspection process. The customer understands that this is a normal situation and will not be held accountable.
    3.2 For the detected equipment that has a history of motherboard maintenance (except for the maintenance history of maintenance centers of various brands), the maintenance party may not provide maintenance services. Because the motherboard that has been repaired and not repaired may be damaged and cannot be recovered. For equipment that can be repaired, the repairer will try its best to repair it. There is a certain repair risk in the repair of the motherboard, and the customer must bear the repair risk by himself.
    3.3 For the following serious motherboard problems, the maintenance party only guarantees that the device can be turned on, and other functional failures detected after turning on the machine are not included in the maintenance scope of this fault repair, and need to be charged separately for maintenance. Circumstances include: mobile phone water/moisture (moisture-proof mark turns red), unable to activate, reboot for no reason, crash, no display when booting, unable to boot/shutdown, display white apple/data cable access, unlocking by flashing, hard disk damage, hard disk data bus Fractures, CPU soldering damage, etc.
  4. About the maintenance terms
    4.1 Maintenance scope. The maintenance party only repairs and charges for the fault content confirmed by the customer, and only provides warranty for this part of the function. The maintenance party does not assume any responsibility for the user’s failure to choose maintenance and hidden failures that do not appear.
    4.2 All human factors or self-disassembly and modification. The repairer will not provide any maintenance
